Alexandra Burke has announced she's expecting her second child with boyfriend Darren Randolph.
The former X Factor star took to social media to announce the exciting news she is expecting her second child with her footballer beau. Alexandra, 34, posed alongside Darren, 35, as he had his arms around the singer, holding her growing bump.
As Alexandra posted the photos to her Instagram page, she wrote in the caption: "We are so excited to do this all again" alongside a white heart emoji. The couple's news comes just eight months after they welcomed their first child in July last year.
Alexandra's famous pals flooded the comments with well wishes for herself and Darren. AJ Odudu penned: "WOW!!!!," followed by a string of red heart emojis.
Vicky Pattison added: "Omg! Congratulations babes" followed by a heart eye emoji. Made in Chelsea star Ashley James commented: "Congratulations lady," with trio of red heart emojis.
Lisa Snowdon said: "Yay! Huge congratulations darling," and JLS star Ortise Williams wrote: "Congrats Al," with a smiling emoji and heart emoji.
Alexandra and Darren, who started dating back in 2021, have opted to keep their first baby's gender and name private in order to "protect" their child. Alexandra announced the arrival of her firstborn child in July last year.
She posted a photo of the newborn's tiny feet on her Instagram and wrote: "Welcome to the world our little grape. We already love you more than words can say".
The singer has previously opened up about her decision to keep her child's identity private, revealing she wants to "protect" her baby as much as she can.
Speaking on Loose Women last year, the mum-of-one said of her decision: “I’ve never really spoken about this but, obviously, I come from X Factor and that's a public show and I'm very grateful for the platform, it's made me who I am today.”
