New York Fashion Week sprung back into action to present a fresh set of AW23 collections.

Friday saw proceedings pick up with the Rodarte show, the romantic label which boasts a cult following of A-listers. This season, the front row was lead by Natasha Lyonne, the actress famed for her roles in Orange Is the New Black and Russian Doll and a long term BFF of Chloë Sevigny, who was sat by Oscar-winning actress Brie Larson.

Joining the pair was London’s own Alexa Chung, who took her place alongside the editor and socialite Derek Blasberg, and American actress Karthyn Newton.

And on Sunday, it was Lily Allen who took the prize for most coveted guest. The singer, whose Brooklyn digs made for a striking cover of this month’s Architectural Digest magazine, was seated with American actress Katie Holmes at the Ulla Johnson runway. Allen nailed a contrasting look, pairing a clashing pattern sweater with her fresh cut, platinum blonde bob.
