Alex Jones scoffs at The One Show co-host Jermaine Jenas as he suggests a career change for her

Alex Jones is a TV presenter of many talents who's able to conduct both hilarious and moving interviews. However, there is one skill she will not be adding to her list. The Welsh presenter quickly shot down her The One Show co-host Jermaine Jenas when he suggested a new career for her.

After a section aired about football coaching on The One Show on Tuesday, April 25, Jermaine cheekily suggested that Alex could take it up. Saying that football coaching was "proper hard work" Jermaine asked Alex why she didn't do it. You can keep up to date with the latest TV and showbiz news by signing up to the newsletter here.

Earlier this week Alex became emotional as Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer turned judge Anton du Beke paid tribute to Len Goodman, who recently passed away. He was a joy to be with and that was the thing about Len, he had such joy, he gave off such joy... he was himself and I was lucky enough to know him for a long time and lucky enough to call him my friend so I miss him."

An also emotional Alex shakily replied: "Oh Anton...what a lovely tribute to Len" and told Anton he was like Len now he was a judge on Strictly Come Dancing. She said: "When we see you judging on Strictly you really remind me of Len, you really do. So he lives on through Anton."
