On Tuesday, Antonio Conte and Tottenham were handed a major boost ahead of the summer transfer window, with ENIC's £150million investment. football.london understand that the bulk of this will go to supporting the Italian during the upcoming window, helping to strengthen his squad before a hopefully successful season.
Spurs are in a great situation heading into the summer with world-class facilities in terms of their stadium and training ground as well as Champions League football for the next campaign - all of which are likely to help in attracting players to N17. Tottenham have already been linked with various players from teams across the world.
These linked players include some whose contracts expire this season, meaning it won't cut into a penny of the new investment. These players include Fraser Forster, who had his medical at Hotspur Way on Wednesday.

Christian Eriksen is another, with his short contract expiring at Brentford this summer. Ivan Perisic has also been linked, and would be a free transfer for the north London club.
However if Tottenham do want to get all their targeted players, they will have to spend some money and football.london takes a look at those Spurs could afford, with the £150million.
Alessandro Bastoni - £59m
Bastoni looks like one of the top targets for the Lilywhites this summer. The current Inter defender could make the move to Tottenham to bring competition to Ben Davies' role as left centre-back.
The 23-year-old is admired by both Conte and Fabio Paratici and Spurs could be handed a boost in his transfer to Tottenham, with Inter needing funds to bring in Gleison Bremer, who has been linked with a move to the Italian side. However football.london understands Inter won't accept anything less than £51million for Bastoni.
According to the CIES football observatory valuation, the defender could cost up to £59million but if he is a player Conte is keen on bringing to N17, then he could be worth the price.
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic - £42m
Another player linked with a move to north London is Milinkovic-Savic. The 27-year-old is worth up to £42million, according to CIES' valuation and earlier this month, football.london reported on a potential boost that Tottenham may have been handed, in the hunt for the midfielder.
The midfielder is currently playing under Maurizio Sarri at Lazio and the Italian recently gave his thoughts on a potential move for his player. "I'm not sure that Sergej Milinkovic-Savic will leave this summer as it's not easy. But I'm convinced that if it happens, Milinkovic will sign for a foreign club and not an Italian one," he admitted.
Spurs would reportedly have competition from the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea for the midfielder if they did pursue a deal, but the Serbian scored 11 goals and registered as many assists in Serie A this season and could be a good creative addition to Conte's midfield.
Filip Kostic - £8m
football.london reported on Wednesday that Kostic is a player that Tottenham are expected to make a move on. The left wing-back is valued at up to £8million, according to CIES, so would likely be one of Spurs' cheaper transfers this summer.
The 29-year-old could fill in the role at left wing-back for Conte, which could work well if Sergio Reguilon is to move on. Kostic is a player who has been praised by many, including former Frankfurt manager Adi Hutter, in 2019.
"From the first day, Filip has presented himself as a top player with a top mentality," Hutter explained. Spurs are likely to have competition for the current Frankfurt player, especially after he won the Europa League player of the season, after his side beat Rangers in the final and he could be a good addition at Tottenham.
Djed Spence - £20m
A young player that the Lilywhites could look to bring to N17 is Spence. The 21-year-old has been on loan at Nottingham Forest from Middlesbrough for the 2021/22 season.
This means the youngster has been part of the squad that are now looking to secure promotion to the Premier League, with them set to face Huddersfield in the play-off final, on Sunday. The result from this game could play a part in Tottenham's pursuit of the right-back.
If Forest are able to secure promotion, this may make it more difficult for Spurs to secure a move for Spence. They would be playing in the top flight and it would mean they would be likely to offer the 21-year-old more money - and likely more minutes - both of which may encourage him to stay.
According to the Daily Express last month, Spence will be worth £20million this summer. This could be a higher price tag than Tottenham want to pay, especially for a young player with a lack of experience at the top level.
However, if either Emerson Royal or Matt Doherty are moved on this summer, Tottenham may ramp up their hunt for Spence to come in and fill one of the roles at right wing-back.
Yves Bissouma £13m
Bissouma is a player Paratici was rumoured to have enquired about in January, and reports have now begun circulating again regarding Spurs' interest in the midfielder. The 25-year-old scored just one goal and two assists in 26 Premier League appearances this season.
The current Brighton man is valued up to £13million, according to CIES, although there have been some doubts over the Mali international's future. On Thursday, Bissouma added a Hammers logo to his Instagram bio, which is linked with West Ham.
There are also some reports suggesting Tottenham would only go for the midfielder if they were unable to come to an agreement for the move or Eriksen, so it could be a waiting game.
Those five players would take Spurs up to a total of around about £142million, leaving them with a little bit of wiggle room left of the £150million investment. However, there is also likely to be a number of outgoings, which will raise extra funds.
If money is raised from outgoings or any of the above don't make the move to Spurs, Tottenham have also been linked with the likes of Gabriel Jesus, Victor Osimhen and Alexander Isak, who are all valued at up to £59million by CIES.
Only time will tell what deals Tottenham get done this summer, but it is set to be a busy few months in N17.
