Actor Alec Baldwin was filmed angrily confronting protesters at pro-Palestine demo in Manhattan on Monday evening.
The star could be seen in social media footage to tell one protestor to “shut the f*** up” before being led away by police.
The 56-year-old 30 Rock star is seen being confronted by a protester near to West 29th Street being asked whether he supported Israel or Palestine.
“I support peace for Gaza,” he told demonstrators.
The response angered some of the protesters, one of whom can be heard shouting, “shut f*****g mouth, you have no f******g shame."
In another clip of an encounter with protesters posted on X, formerly Twitter, the actor was asked about his stance on the Israel-Hamas war.
“Because I’m in Hollywood?” he responded while slightly shoving back the unidentified man.
“You ask stupid questions. Ask me a smart question.”
The actor didn’t let the crowd have the last word as he was led away, shouting “shut the f**k up,” at the demonstrators.
One demonstrator said in response to the exchange: “You did kill someone though, right? You’re a murderer!”

This appeared to be a reference to the fatal shooting while filming on the set of the upcoming film Rust, which killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
Baldwin had been holding a prop gun prior to the incident. He has always denied pulling the trigger, saying that the gun discharged after he pulled the hammer back and released it.
A grand jury in New Mexico could consider whether to refile an involuntary manslaughter charge against the actor Baldwin for the shooting on the set of a western film.
Special prosecutors initially dismissed an involuntary manslaughter charge against Baldwin in April, saying they were informed the gun might have been modified before the shooting and malfunctioned.
Recent gun analysis from experts in ballistics and forensic testing based in Arizona and New Mexico relied on replacement parts to reassemble the gun fired by Baldwin – after parts of the pistol were broken during earlier testing by the FBI.
The report examined the gun and markings it left on a spent cartridge to conclude that the trigger had to have been pulled or depressed.
