Aldi has confirmed it will be the second retailer in the UK to stock a hugely popular drink that has taken the internet by storm.
From this week, shoppers can get their hands on Prime hydrate but there is a catch - there's a strict limit to how many can be bought at once.
The beverage, created by famous YouTubers KSI and Logan Paul, has become an internet sensation and fans are desperate to fill their baskets, reports Manchester Evening News.
Until recently, it was only sold in the UK at Asda and the retailer had to stop shoppers from buying the product in bulk. Since its release in October, customers were limited to just three bottles per shopping trip.
Aldi will be the second retailer to stock the popular refreshment and will be on their shelves from December 29 as part of its Specialbuy offers. The supermarket will be mirroring its rival by restricting how many customers can buy at once.
The drink will be available in three flavours - Blue Raspberry, Lemon and Lime and Ice Pop - and one 500ml bottle will set customers back £1.99. Shoppers will only be allowed to purchase one of each flavour.
In a statement, Aldi said: "The viral hydration drink created by two popular YouTube stars, KSI and Logan Paul, is available to buy for just £1.99 in Aldi stores nationwide on December 29. The drink will be a Specialbuy – and as with all Specialbuys, once they're gone, they're gone!
"The supermarket is expecting high demand so a purchase limit of one of each variant per customer has been set to ensure as many people as possible get the opportunity to buy the product."
When the drink launched in Asda earlier this year, families reportedly queued from around 5am to get their hands on the drink.
The drink is 10 percent coconut water and contains electrolytes and B vitamins. It has zero sugar and around 20 calories per bottle, Aldi said.
