Bargain hunters have been floored by an affordable bottle of soothing bubble bath from Aldi that is a 'dupe' for a popular award-winning brand.
The budget supermarket chain is well renowned for its vast variety of affordable 'dupes' that are said to be almost identical to some major brands, including Laura Mercier and Jo Malone.
Now the German grocer is wowing shoppers with their £1.49 take on the Childs Farm Baby Bedtime Bubbles that has been shared on social media recently. The award winning brand is popular among parents and regular shoppers alike for its ability to sooth and moisturise sensitive skin.
The Mamia Bedtime Bubbles was launched earlier this year as part of Aldi's dermatologist and paediatrician-approved skincare range. It was specifically designed for children who suffer with dry, sensitive and eczema prone skin.
Developed with the same sweet tangerine essentials oils as the Childs Farm bottle, Aldi's Mamia Bedtime Bubbles is perfect for not only children, but also older kids and adults who suffer from skin conditions.
The 'dupe' from the supermarket was met with strong praise from shoppers after bargain hunter Claire Dibb shared a snap of it next to its Childs Farm counterpart on the Aldi UK Facebook group. She said: "Childs farm lovers... I found the Mamia version in Aldi at the weekend. £1.49."
Other members of the group flocked to the comments section, with fans of Childs Farm even admitting that they had a hard time finding a fault with the 'dupe'.
"Their version of the scented cream smells amazing!! As an avid child's farm user... I'm so impressed with the dupe!", exclaimed one shopper.
"Ohhh Thank you I will try this x", commented a second.
"Fabulous, hope they bring out the shampoo and conditioner too, costs us a fortune xx", replied a third.
"I use them for my daughters and they're amazing and smell so good. Also my daughter has eczema and is doesn't interfere with that either xx."
