With Christmas approaching, many shoppers are getting into the festive spirit and stocking up on candles.
There's nothing better than a festive candle scent filling your home, but they can often come at a hefty fee. Retailers such as Yankee Candle offer candles ranging from £20-£30, but Aldi shoppers think they may have found a cheaper alternative.
The popular Aldi Large Magical Christmas Candle Jar is back, priced at £3.99, and comes in a 538g jar. It features 'Christmas scent' with up to 80 hours burn time with red coloured wax.

Many Aldi shoppers have left plenty of positive reviews on the Aldi website. The candle has received an overall average rating of 4.8 out of 5.
One review read: "Great fragrance and long lasting candle. Love a candle burning in the evening and these are so much cheaper than certain branded ones and just as good if not better." A second shopper said: "This candle is the best candle I have ever bought! Much better then Yankees and soo much cheaper! Wish I had bought more than one now as out of stock at both my local stores and on line How can I get more? I need them in my life!"
A third Aldi shopper said: "I'm always apprehensive about buying anything other than Yankee as usually the smell doesn't fill as room from other scented candles I've tried but these are amazing! And rival Yankee especially on price! Please get more in stock!"
