Budget supermarket Aldi has shoppers obsessed with its latest SpecialBuy item, which customers say is "fantastic".
Aldi’s SpecialBuys often prove popular with shoppers, many of whom anxiously await Thursdays and Sundays to see what they’ll be able to get their hands on.
Recently, SpecialBuy products have included everything from hanging egg chairs to hot tubs - but this time, it's the retailer’s Velvet Stool with Tray that shoppers are loving.

The Scandi-style stool aims to “add a luxurious and modern touch to your home”. The stool can be used for sitting or take off the soft top and discover the oak effect tray beneath.
Aldi took to its dedicated SpecialBuys Instagram account this week to share the stool. Sharing the photo, the retailer said: “Take your glamour with a slice of practicality thanks to our Velvet Stool and Tray.

The post racked up more than 1k likes and many shoppers shared their thoughts in the comments section.
Beneath the photo, one person said: “Love this” and a second wrote: “Mine just came today and I love it”.
A third added: “Ordered mine”.
The product also gained a number of five star review on the Aldi website.
One shopper said: “Fantastic. Fabric is lovely to touch. Quite sturdy and the tray is such a good idea. We've been looking for a table for a while but couldn't find anything that suited and this is perfect. My partner bought this ASAP.
“I was hoping there was another handle on the opposite side of the existing handle. Flipping the top sometimes causes the tray to rub against the top edge, but the item still deserves 5 stars.
I would definitely buy more if there were different colours.”
Another added: “Great value for seat, storage and tray (3 in 1) and also space-saver. Very happy. Well done Aldi.”
