Supermarket giant Aldi has sent shoppers wild with a £9.99 Special Buy which warms you up but costs absolutely nothing to use. The budget £10 Aldi item has gone down a storm with shoppers looking to slash their energy bills and keep the heating off as the UK weather becomes even colder in the run-up to Christmas.
It comes after Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis' website MSE previously advised people to 'heat the human not the home' in order to slash energy bills as much as possible. While the Martin Lewis MSE guide didn't pin point any specific branded items, Aldi's £9.99 INOC Ski Neck Warmer is proving popular with shoppers as a way of following the advice.
The product description on the Aldi website reads: "Stay warm and well protected as you tackle the colder months or enjoy a holiday to the slopes. Providing that extra bit of warmth this INOC Ski Neck Warmer is designed with a thermo regulating material that allows for any condensation to dry quickly. The merino wool is great for all weather conditions and is gentle against the skin."

The £9.99 INOC Ski Neck Warmer comes in three different colours. You can choose from purple, camel (my personal favourite) and black.
But while the £9.99 Aldi neck warmers have been designed for skiing, many shoppers are using them to stay warm in their homes. The neck warmers have racked up several five-star reviews from shoppers looking to slash their heating bills.
One shopper raved: "S ooo Warm. This snood is just great Nice material and colours - I bought all the colours. Really warm - I have worn this both inside and outside and it is great. Will be ordering more for my friends and family - Great Christmas stocking filler."
