Aldi shoppers love heated blanket that Martin Lewis says can save on huge energy bills

If you’ve been reading our articles for a while now, you’ll know how much we love Aldi’s SpecialBuys range - and this product has shoppers going wild.

Last week, Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis advised people on how they can stay warm without popping the heating on due to prices going up.

As part of his advice, Martin suggested buying items like heated USB gloves and electric blankets, so people can heat themselves instead of their homes - and Aldi’s £49.99 Easy Home King Dual Heated Under Blanket is helping shoppers do just that.

Whether you use it to pre-heat your bed or wrap around yourself for the ultimate warmth, we've never seen anything we need more.

With the UK weather being a little unpredictable to say the least, this under blanket is great to use all-year-round - not to mention the money it could save you on bills in the long run.

And, it’s not just us who are raving about it either as the blanket has received plenty of praise on Aldi’s website, with shoppers even saying they “can’t live without it.”

One shoppers giving the blanket a five-star rating said: “There is nothing not to like about this heated under blanket. Lovely deep skirt and great variety of heat settings.”

A second shopper said: “Best quality heated blanket I've ever owned... and fits my king size mattress perfectly, heats all over top to toe - even the corners.”

With a third adding: “Just received my blanket - delighted with the quality and size covers the whole mattress with an easy to fit deep elasticated skirt to keep it in place. The blanket is dual controlled (6 heat settings), and we tried it on 3 one half and 4 on the other, there was a slight difference in the temp which was warm within minutes! Delighted with the product.”

The Easy Home King Dual Heated Under Blanket is double layered with detachable controllers. It features 6 heat settings which are designed to trap warm air between your quilt and mattress, keeping the bed nice and toasty.

Another budget-friendly heating solution which shoppers are loving is Aldi’s £35 Heated Throw with Sleeves.

Unfortunately the throws are currently out of stock on the Aldi website, but you may be able to find one in your local store if you're lucky.

It may be also worth keeping an eye out on the website as Aldi tends to restock popular items.
