Aldi shoppers have been getting into the festive spirit by ordering a giant inflatable Christmas decoration that costs pennies to run. The six foot tall Santa is sure to have the whole street prepared for December 25 - without costing a fortune.
The Aldi Specialbuy launched online this weekend, and priced at £24.99 , shoppers say it’s a ‘bargain price’ and ‘well worth the money’.
The gadget means you can go all out this December - or even earlier, depending on how early you want to put the decks up.

With its built-in inflate fan, it's fun and easy to put up, and Aldi promises it will ‘cost no more than 73p to run for 30 days’, based on the October price cap of £0.34p/kWh.
The Christmas character is great for the garden to welcome guests or just for the children to enjoy.
Giving the colourful Christmas feature a five star rating, Whatsonmum said: “We bought it in store today, tried it out at home, and now can’t wait for Christmas so we can show it off to everyone. Bargain price, but such great quality. Better than others I’ve bought in the past that cost a lot more. Just buy it!”
Kidsantaclause added: “Purchased one from in store yesterday just tried it out this morning! Well worth the money and well made. Seen a lot worse for sale for 3 to 4 times the cost.”
The Santa even comes with guide ropes and pegs to make sure he stays put, rather than trying to make his way to the roof or his sleigh.
And if Santa wan’t enough, there is also a six foot inflatable snowman and penguin , too, both priced at £24.99 each.
We can’t get enough of this adorable almost seven foot festive dinosaur, which is £49.99, because nothing says Christmas like a t-rex with a red hat on right?
That said, a great deal has just launched at Homebase for their giant Dinosaur Christmas Inflatable for 50 per cent off for a limited time only.
The seven foot colourful inflatable has been reduced to £40 instead of £80 , making it almost £10 cheaper than Aldi's. As well as being a bargain for those who want to keep the cost down this festive season, Homebase say the inflatable's running cost is less than 1p per hour, based on a 50p kWh tariff.
