Aldi shoppers disappointed as they search for new £4.49 children's 'skorts'

Shoppers on a Facebook Aldi group desperate to buy new 'skorts' for children for the summer season have been finding them difficult to get their hands on them. The skorts come in black or navy in packs of two for £4.49 and are available for children between the ages of four and 12.

After one mum took to the online forum to say that the product was unavailable online, and whether or not people had managed to buy a pair of skorts at their local Aldi. The post was followed up with many people stating that they did have some luck in their local stores, but that it seemed to be more difficult online.

The post read: "Has anyone managed to pick these girls skorts up in their local Aldi. Not managed to get hold online as showing product unavailable? Was in last week's special buys book."

One Aldi shopper wrote: "Not in Kendal. Or if they were I missed them."

Another said: "Unfortunately some stores didn't get much stock in. My store was only one case of each item apart from polos 2 cases."

Yet, some were lucky enough to get themselves a pair of Aldi's latest craze. One woman wrote: "Picked up some skorts. No shorts though. Very small selection compared to before."

One person commented: "They had them in my local Aldi."

They became available to buy in stores from July 7 and can also be bought online.
