Aldi shopper reveals how to make 'amazing' five family meals full of flavour for just £25

A cash savvy mum has gone viral after showing just what she buy in Aldi for £25.

Ashleigh, who goes by the username of Cardiff Mum on Instagram shares snaps of her family and outings around the UK.

And now her one of her videos has gained a massive amount of attraction after she showed how far she can make her money stretch.

In a reel on Instagram, she showed how she made five family meals for £25 after a shop in the budget supermarket Aldi.

In the caption she shared exactly what she bought and what she made, along with some advice.

Out of her shop she made, parmesan crusted chicken Alfredo, cajun chicken ciabattas, chicken tikka jalfrezi, pulled chicken & chorizo quesadillas and one pan lemon & garlic chicken with thyme.

Along with her shopping list, she added: "Buy 1kg or large pack of chicken breasts and stretch them between all meals.

"Plan the meals which use the same veg and divide the veg up before you cook.

"Marinate chicken the night before using whatever spices you have, it makes a huge difference to simple meals.

"Make meals using spices/oils/herbs and bits you already have at home (cheddar cheese, olive oil, garlic etc)."

Ashleigh said on social media that she able to get these ingredients for five main meals under £25.

The Instagram post has attracted 54.2k likes and over a thousand comments with hundred of people tagging their friends and family.

One said: "Some of these look really good."

Another tagged a pal and said: "Your always asking for meal ideas."

"That’s amazing!" A third simply said.
