Aldi are selling a 'game changing' car seat warmer for under a tenner at exactly the right time.
Aldi’s Auto XS car seat covers cost just €9.99 and hit shelves this morning. The affordable item arrives in Aldi supermarkets nationwide as temperatures struggle to rise above 0 degrees in Dublin.
The covers are powered by the 12v accessory socket within the car, meaning that the driver or the passenger will only be able to use the gadget one at a time. However, it will nonetheless work as a great asset for the morning commute, particularly for those travelling alone to work.

The product is hand controlled, allowing drivers to adjust the heating to high or low settings. One customer praised the car seat covers online, but they also cautioned drivers to invest in the correct amount of car seat covers ahead of time.
The review read: “Good product, however if the temperatures goes below -2 you will need 2 sheets to double up for a clear windscreen. Ensure to buy two covers instead of one, or four if you doing front or rear windshields.”
The heated seat covers come with a one year guarantee. They warm both the seat and the backrest and slot into the car easily with hooks and straps.
