Aldi’s sell-out mini kamado BBQ is back for summer 2022 – here’s where to buy it

With the weather improving, now’s the perfect time to upgrade your outdoor space ready for alfresco gatherings.

After selling out last year, the retailer has brought back its Gardenline mini kamado barbecue for 2022, so you can whip up a tasty feast for the whole family this summer.

The small but mighty affordable cooking appliance is ideal for smaller gatherings and is great for grilling meats and vegetables to perfection.

It's perfect for small gardens too, measuring at just 56cm x 42cm x 45CM and weighing only 19kg.

As always with Aldi, it comes with a bargain price tag, too. You can get your hands on this latest SpecialBuy for just £119.99, a steal when you compare it to its biggest competitor - the Green Egg - with their cheapest option being over £700 for the mini alone.

With ceramic double wall insulation, the barbie is said to heat up in just 15 mins - so it’s a great, quick option when time is limited.

Shoppers can get their hands on it now from aldi.co.uk, and will also be arriving in stores from May 22.

Aldi's product description reads: "This gunmetal ceramic bbq features a temperature gauge, powder coated steel hinge, bands, handle, chimney top, fire grate bring, stainless steel hinge springs and an ash door bring. It has a unique Japanese inspired insulated design that allows you to cook food that is not only succulent but gorgeously smoky at the same time."

It seems the mini BBQ is already a hit with shoppers, with many happy customers leaving five-star reviews. One shopper calling it a 'brilliant little BBQ' said: "Brilliant little bbq for a fraction of the cost of its big brother version. There is usually only two of us, so this is perfect. I’ve got some smoke pellets so I’ll be trying that out soon."

A second fan said: "This little kamado bbq is excellent. The taste is totally different to other ones and the food is so much more tender. Prefect for a small family or couple. Also can be packed away for winter."

With a third adding: "Absolutely brilliant, I love it, beats the more expensive ones hands down."

If you're after something a little bigger, you can opt for the original 'big bro' Kamado Ceramic Egg BBQ which is priced at £399.99.

Both BBQs currently have free delivery too! Simply pop code 'JUBILEEBBQ' into the checkout box to claim.
