Aldi's heated dressing gown hailed as game-changing way to beat cold mornings

Heated dressing gowns are the game-changer we didn't know existed and Aldi are selling one.

Usually a cosy dressing gown would suffice on cold winter mornings, but one with a built-in heater is next level.

The Aldi 'Kirkton House Heated Coat' is a soft flannel full-body fleece with a - you guessed it - integrated heated system to warm you up on the coldest of winter days.

The new item has been a hit since it was shared on the popular Coupon Mama Facebook page where excited shoppers have posted an astonishing 4,000 comments in less than 24 hours, The Mirror reported.

One excited fan said: "Going to get two of these to save on gas."

Another, tagging a friend said: "We need these for the office omg!!!"

Some savvy shoppers have already managed to get their hands on the must-have gown, with one happy customer commenting on the post: "Really pleased with this blanket. I have the grey one and it’s lovely and soft, and heats up quickly too which is what I wanted. Great for home working."

Best of all? It’ll set you back just £34.99 - plus think how much you’ll save on heating, it's a no brainer.

Whether you're braving the cold to put the bins out, or trying to cut down on the heating bill - this heated fleece is the perfect solution.

There's also overheating protection, a detachable lead cable and hand controller unit, meaning you can switch it on without even moving - sounds good to us.

Both the light grey and cream styles have already sold out due to it being so popular, however Aldi's website says shoppers can check stock in stores from January 27.
