Aldi's £35 Specialbuy Martin Lewis says helps keep you warm for 4p a week

With the cost of living rising, shoppers have praised a £35 Aldi Specialbuy after advice from money expert Martin Lewis. The ITV This Morning finance expert advised people on how they can stay warm without turning the heating on as bills skyrocket.

Martin suggested buying items like heated USB gloves and electric blankets, so people can heat themselves instead of their home to keep warm for less. Now Aldi shoppers have discovered a £35 Specialbuy that is helping them use the Money Saving Expert's advice, M.E.N reports.

Posting on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains Facebook group, Barbara Mann shared a picture of a £35 heated throw with sleeves you can buy at Aldi. She wrote: "After Martin Lewis recommendations for keeping warm and using electric blankets if you only need to be warm in one room...bingo. £35 Aldi."

The post clearly struck a chord with struggling shoppers, as it's been commented on more than 5,000 times. Responding, Emma Sherman said: "I have this and absolutely love it! Its amazing also for when I have a fibro flare up!"

Lisa Harrop said: "I bought this for my hubby in February I have used it a couple of times at night or when ill and it's really warn without been plugged in." Lorna Quinn wrote: "They are great. And I use it as an electric blanket on the very cold nights. So comfortable."

Joanne Guy added: "I've got one of these and it's lush, so comfy and warm even without turning it on!" Amanda Payne-MacArthur said: "I use mine every day."

Unfortunately the blankets are currently out of stock on the Aldi website, but you may be able to find one in your local store if you're lucky.
