Aldi has released a frozen burger product that is very similar to McDonald's Big Chicken Mac, but many shoppers say it is "absolutely vile".
The bargain giant stocks Snacksters Chicken Stacks, which consists of a double sliced white bread bun containing 2 cooked southern fried chicken burgers and a slice of processed cheese, as well as a sachet of burger sauce.
The £1.49 product is available to purchase from the retailer's website, as well as in stores.

One customer who purchased the burger took to Facebook to share the news with fellow McDonald's and Aldi fans.
Posting on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, they wrote: "Aldi now do a version of the Chicken Big Mac. £1.99 in the frozen section."
Since being shared on Tuesday, the post has received 264 likes and almost 500 comments — mainly from consumers slamming the product.
One said: "This "sandwich" looks so sad".
"I tried the Big Mac one was horrible lol would have rather paid the extra £1.50 for the real thing," a second posted.
Another agreed that it "Doesn't look very appetising. Looks dry! Will stick with original", while one shared that "It's absolutely vile. Nothing like the original".
"They're vile i got one last week and it ended up in the bin," revealed one shopper.
Another echoed: "Tried but wont buy again".
"This is wrong on so many levels," commented one member of the Facebook group.
