Aldi has released a range of cocktail ciders - for just 99p each. With summer underway and the August bank holidays coming up, the budget supermarket has introduced a brand new collection of ready-to-drink cider cans.
The three new concoctions feature gin, vodka and rum from three of Aldi’s best-selling spirits lines - Greyson’s, Stefanoff and Old Hopking. The trio of "exotic" variants include the following flavours: Cherry Rosé, Mango and Raspberry and Watermelon and Lime.
Aldi is already offering 10 other cocktails in its 99p range, but these new additions are sure to delight fans. All three of the cocktails are available in store now and via click and collect. Below is a look at each.
Old Hopking Watermelon & Lime Cider Cocktail (£0.99, 250ml)
Aldi describes this beverage as tasting sweet, with a sharp twist. It adds: "A delightful combination of the supermarket’s Spiced Rum and juicy flavours of watermelon and lime, this ready to drink cocktail can be enjoyed on the go or served over ice in a tall glass garnished with a slice of lime."
Stefanoff Mango & Raspberry Cider Cocktail (£0.99, 250ml)
The second cider cocktail in the supermarket's latest offering is infused with a sparkling mix of vodka and fruity cider. Flavours include ripe mango with a hint of wild raspberries. According to Aldi, it is the perfect tipple on a warm summer’s evening over ice, garnished with frozen raspberries.
Greyson’s Cherry Rosé Cider Cocktail (£0.99, 250ml)
The third cider cocktail in the new line-up is formed of a "mouth-watering blend of ripe red cherries and fruity rosé". Aldi says this aromatic cider is "light and refreshing" with a "fruit forward twist" on the finish.
On Facebook, many shoppers have already been busy trying the new flavours out. Posting on popular Aldi UK Shoppers group, Emma shared a photo of her holding the new Cherry Rose flavour, adding: "It is very tasty."

Chantelle Fleming uploaded a photo of her drinking the Mango and Passion Fruit can, writing: "Totally love the Aldi Gin cans perfect for a cheeky tipple in the Garden or anytime any place anywhere!"
