Aldi issues important August bank holiday and Super 6 update to shoppers

Aldi has told customers what hours its stores will be open during the late August bank holiday weekend in England and Wales. It will sees its shops open until 10pm on the Saturday, August 27.

The Sunday, August 28, will see usual opening hours of 10am to 4pm. The bank holiday Monday will see stores open from 8am to 8pm.

However, Aldi has stressed that the opening of some stores may vary and it urges customers to check on the website. There is no change to opening hours in Scotland.

Aldi said more than 200 stores are now offering click and collect. Customers wanting to use click-and-collect can visit groceries.aldi.co.uk to book a timeslot for collection in selected stores.

Aldi has announced some of the latest Super 6 offers on fresh meat that will be coming to its stores this week. It sources all its fresh meat from Britain and the deal to shoppers does not lead to extra costs to suppliers.

The supermarket’s Super 6 deals vary throughout the month, with even more offers on fresh meat and further price cuts on fruit, vegetables and fish. Aldi’s Super 6 deals are available in store or Click & Collect.
