Popular budget superstore Aldi is on the hunt for up to 100 new area managers to be based throughout the UK with roles available in the Liverpool City Region.
Successful applicants will be put through a year-long training programme to get all the skills they need to run and properly manage all the Aldi stores in their area. Aldi have not released a list of personal requirements applicants must have for the roles, though there are two gateways - these being graduate entry or entry as a "career changer".
For graduates, the salary begins at £44,000 per year after training, though for those entering from another career (via the "career changer gateway") it can be more than£10,000 that figure. Salaries will rise to as much as £81,000 by the fifth year the successful applicant remains with the company.

There are currently multiple roles going for Aldi's Neston area, which covers Merseyside, Wirral and part of North Wales. Though, for those able to travel further, there are also vacancies at their Bolton area which covers Manchester and more of the North West.
Aldi UK's recruitment director Kelly Stokes said: "We’re on the lookout for some of the most hardworking and ambitious individuals to join our team as part of the area manager programme. The scheme gives individuals the chance to learn the ins and outs of the sector at one of the fastest-growing retailers in the country while also receiving in-depth training along the way."
