Aldi has launched an educational kids' playroom range that starts from just £2

If you're looking for ways to keep the kids entertained indoors, Aldi might just have the answer - the budget supermarket has launched an educational playroom range that won't break the bank.

The supermarket chain is giving parents a helping hand with the release of its new playroom products, which are not only fun, but also help kids to learn maths, cognitive and reading skills.

Customers can shop the latest Specialbuy range online and in stores from the 17th March from just £1.99, while stocks last.

The affordable new range includes the Alphabet & Number Puzzle Foam Play Mats for £14.99, which are designed to help teach little ones their ABCs, and Giant Posters To Colour (£1.99) that enhance creative motor development.

Also included in Aldi's new playroom range are the Convertible Board Books (£5.99) that will help kids use their imaginations.

The foam puzzles introduce smaller children to problem-solving, improving hand-eye coordination and developing their brain. They also come in vibrant colours that are guaranteed to brighten up any playroom.

While Aldi’s Giant Posters To Colour fold out to reveal a giant poster and are available in five different themes - including Dinosaur World, Magical Unicorns and Wild Animals.

Aldi’s engaging will bring the stories to life, with the interactive books telling transport tales including Dinosaur, Princess Carriage and Submarine. Once read, the books can be transformed into a fun playmat which can then be folded up to create pop-up cars, dinosaurs, and submarines.

With spring fast approaching, Aldi’s Playroom range is just the ticket for keeping kids occupied during half-term holidays. It's available online and in stores from the 17th March.

If you're planning to pop to your local Aldi, you can use the online store finder to find out your nearest branch before you head out. Opening and closing times for each store can be found listed there as well.

The supermarket is currently selling a churro maker for just £9.99 (was £14.99) and shoppers have been loving it.

In other shopping news, Boots is launching a 70% off clearance sale with discounts on No7 and Yankee Candle.
