With winter officially over, it's time to start looking ahead to warm summer days — and Aldi has excited shoppers by revealing that one of its iconic garden items is making a return.
The budget retailer has announced that its previously sold-out egg chair is once again available to purchase, and for the first time can be bought online.
Customers will need to be quick, however, as the item will likely not be available for long given its immense popularity.

The product description on Aldi's website states: "The Small Hanging Egg Chair by Gardenline is the ideal way to relax in stylish comfort. Perfect for the patio or conservatory, this comfortable rattan effect hanging chair will be your seat of choice.
"Simply swing up your legs and make the most of that comfortable space! Pour yourself an ice-cold drink, grab a good book and enjoy those long summer days and lighter evenings."
Sharing the news on their Facebook page, Aldi wrote: "This is the return of the EGG CHAIR. Online & in store now for the first time!"
Before long, their post had attracted almost 200 likes and more than 220 comments for customers sharing their excitement at the news.
One said: "Omg it’s back".
"Excellent will have to order one," a second revealed.
"They look fab don’t they," commented another.
A fourth agreed: "I’d love one of these".
"What an egg selent idea," joked a fifth.
One happy customer who previously purchased the chair shared: "Bought mine when they first came out 4 years ago.....still my absolute favourite place to sit in my garden. One of my best ever purchases - thank you Aldi for quality and price!"
