Aldi announces return of Prime Hydration with new flavours - on one condition

Aldi has excited fans across the country by announcing the return of Prime Hydration - and this time there are more flavours available.

The budget German supermarket has confirmed that the viral sensation will once again be available to buy as part of its iconic Specialbuys for just £1.99 from tomorrow, Tuesday, April 18.

Even better news for fans is that Aldi will be stocking more flavours this time round with the addition of the limited edition orange and mango versions. There is a catch - following its sellout success last year, Aldi has confirmed that it is once again placing a restriction on the amount customers can purchase.

This time, shoppers are restricted to a maximum of one of each flavour to make sure that everyone has an opportunity to get their hands on it.

Shoppers can choose from six total options on store shelves, including the two new flavours and Meta Moon, Tropical Punch, Blue Raspberry, Lemon and Lime, and Ice Pop.

Fans of Specialbuys will know that, once they're gone, they really are gone, so you might want to be quick.

Created by YouTubers and boxing rivals Logan Paul and KSI, the internet sensation was such a huge hit when it arrived in the UK last year that it quickly sold out almost as soon as it arrived.

Prime Hydration is marketed as a low calorie hydration drink that contains zero sugar. It is mostly made up of coconut water, B vitamins, electrolytes and BCAAs.

The last time it was on Aldi store shelves was back in October last year, where it was such a hit that customers were restricted to purchasing a maximum of three bottles each.

It was so popular that the limited deal saw Scots shoppers queuing in the dark outside their local Aldi stores before the drink quickly sold out in multiple branches across the country.

Prime Hydration will be restocked in Aldi stores for £1.99 from tomorrow, Tuesday, April 18. Check with your local store for stock availability.
