Shoppers at Aldi and Argos are leaving their air fryers to collect dust, in favour of a cheaper alternative. Although the much-loved kitchen appliance is often hailed as more cost-effective than an oven, it can be brand dependent.
Thankfully, customers have found a multi cooker that some have become 'addicted' to. The Ambiano Multi Cooker has become a firm favourite with Aldi fans- but at the time of writing it remains out of stock, however, there are alternatives out there - Birmingham Live reports.
Argos is selling one for £60 with rave reviews from shoppers. It has five-star reviews from more than 300 people who own the product.
Blue Jay said: "I bought this multi cooker 2weeks ago. I am very happy with my purchase. This multi cooker is fantastic. Lots of programmes and functions and very versatile. Makes cooking so easy and convenient. I would highly recommend to family and friends."
SusiC said: "Had this a few weeks and so far it has been great. I’ve made curry, sausage casserole, beef stew and veggie soup. Sometimes need to adjust the timing but saving on energy against putting on a whole oven for 2-3 hours or the hob. I do feel that a recipe book would have helped, a few in line but not enough."
