Albian Ajeti will be returning to Celtic with Sturm Graz deciding against taking up the option in his loan deal.
Ange Postecoglou will now have a decision to make on the hitman as he returns to Parkhead with one year still remaining on his current deal . Neil Lennon shelled out a reported £5million figure to land him from West Ham back in 2020 but things have not worked out to this point in Glasgow with the Switzerland international spending the campaign in Austria.
He's managed 23 appearances in all competitions with just four goals and one assist but while his performances did get pass marks, he did have injury issues which denied him the chance of staying fit for weeks on the trot and ultimately has been a key factor in the decision for his loan not being made permanent this summer.

Andreas Schicker, the club director, said: "The option to buy Albian Ajeti will not be exercised.
"Albi did quite well this season and it was important that we had the option to buy. But we were aware that everything had to fit.
"Unfortunately, he didn't get into the right rhythm to remain injury-free for several weeks in a row
"You could see his quality in individual games. In the end, however, we decided that we would not take his purchase option."
