Drag Race UK fans are feeling worried after it was revealed Alan Carr would be joining Britain’s Got Talent.
The 46-year-old comedian is set to replace David Walliams as a judge on the upcoming series of the ITV talent show. Mr Walliams reportedly quit the show following his leaked off-the-air derogatory comments against contestants of BGT in 2020.
The Mirror reports his role will be filled by comedian Alan Carr. It means Alan will be working with his good friend Amanda Holden, and not for the first time, as the two currently star in Amanda Holden and Alan Carr's Italian Job, which sees them tasked with renovating dilapidated flats in the European nation.

Besides this, the TV presenter is an alternating judge with Graham Norton on RuPaul's Drag Race UK. Alan is usually joined by RuPaul, Michelle Visage and a celebrity guest on the judging panel.
However, some fans of the global franchise are now worried that Alan’s BGT schedule will clash with Drag Race filming and in doing so, leaving his role at the award-winning BBC show in jeopardy.

Drag Race UK filming is typically done in the first few months of the year. Britain's Got Talent is also believed to be filmed between January and February time with the live stages not taking place until May.
