It's a moment Alan Brazil will probably never be allowed to live down.
The radio host and Celtic fan's incredulous reaction to Ange Postecoglou 's appointment last summer is now forever guaranteed internet infamy after the Aussie delivered the Premiership title in his first season.
His arrival at Celtic Park was a surprise one and Brazil – although not the only one – placed himself firmly in the cynic camp with an on-air rant that hasn't aged particularly well.
But in the aftermath of Postecoglou's side being confirmed as champions on Wednesday night, Brazil showed he's willing to have a laugh at himself with a thoroughly tongue-in-cheek "I told you so" over the now beloved Parkhead boss.
Brazil, on-air with Rangers legend Ally McCoist, said on talkSPORT: "Last night's draw at Tannadice means that Ange has won the Scottish Premiership title in his debut season - I told you he'd be good.
"Celtic have won it 10 times in 11 seasons, Alistair..."
McCoist, knowing full well that his pal had said nothing of the sort, immediately burst out laughing.
But he refused to dig Brazil out again and instead opted to play along, albeit while struggling to keep a straight face.
McCoist replied: "To be fair, you napped it. You said right at the start big Ange was the man. I must stand by you."
