New satellite images from Maxar Technologies reveal the extent of the destruction at the Al-Shifa Hospital complex in central Gaza City following a 14-day siege by the Israel Defense Forces. The images, captured on April 1, show widespread devastation in the area surrounding the hospital.

Most of the buildings within the complex have been damaged, with some completely destroyed and others missing facades and roofs. The hospital grounds are now covered in bulldozed dirt, indicating a significant level of destruction.

The Gaza Civil Defense has reported the discovery of at least 300 bodies at the complex, with injured and deceased individuals scattered throughout the hospital grounds. Captain Mahmoud Bassal of the Gaza Civil Defense described the grim scene, noting that bodies are even buried in the hospital yards.
