Dylan Easton hopes Airdrie can continue their ruthless streak in front of goal and deliver a season to remember for their supporters.
Two fine goals from Callum Smith and Easton sealed a fine 2-0 League One victory for the Diamonds on Saturday against Queen's Park, sealing a promotion play-off spot.
Smith's drive came low and from outside the box, while his playmaking teammate netted his seventh of the league term with a brilliant half-volley.
Saturday's result made it 14 games unbeaten for Airdrie manager Ian Murray ahead of a defining title race match with leaders Cove Rangers on Saturday.
Easton says he and the rest of Murray's playing group are keen to cut the gap from five points to two, and deliver a campaign which could end in Championship promotion.
He said: "There's been some terrific finishes throughout this season. The goals haven't just been coming from the strikers, but the midfield, wingers and even defence at times.
"We are looking really good at the minute and hopefully we can score some more in the final stages of the season. We can do the other side of the game too where we can dig things out.
“We are happy with where we are at the moment at such a good club. We have a good manager and things are looking up.
“Hopefully we can make that final push for the fans, who have been coming out in their numbers all season to support us. We want to provide that final push and you never know what might happen.”
