An Airbnb host was left with £5,000 of damage after just one night of partying from 'guests from hell'.
The 41-year-old, who asked to remain anonymous, rents out a property in North London.
He returned to it the day after a group ignored his pleas not to party in the rental home and for irate neighbours to quieten their revelry.
What he found was a scene of absolute chaos in which the broken wardrobe stood next to bags of rubbish, discarded laughing gas capsules and cigarette ends.

The host expressed hope that Airbnb's insurance policy would help him restore the property, but he will remain out of pocket due to being unable to rent out the home.
He first realised something was amiss when neighbours told him music coming from the property was very loud and that people outside were doing laughing gas balloons.
His requests to the tenant to stop the party via the Airbnb app were ignored.
Despite having driven past the house to see signs of the disruption, the landlord decided not to call the police, for fear it might escalate the situation.
Instead he arrived at the property the next morning to encounter a scene of pure disruption.
"I went in the next day after they'd checked out to find they'd broken my brand new three seater sofa, a two door cupboard, three or four blind pullers and that the walls and floors were damaged," he told Mail Online.
"I'd never seen anything like this before, I was pretty shocked."
A video of the damage was posted on TikTok on Sunday describing the party-goers as the 'guests from hell'.
The clip has attracted over 21,000 views and dozens of comments from shocked viewers.
One said: "Ouch, I feel you." Another added: "I hope that you have enough of a deposit to cover this".
