Emergency services rushed to a north Cardiff suburb due to a medical emergency.
One woman who was in Llanishen on Saturday morning posted on social media that "there were police everywhere". An air ambulance reportedly landed in the grounds of Llanishen High School on Heol Hir.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokeswoman has now told WalesOnline: "We were called yesterday (Saturday, November 19) to a medical emergency in Llanishen. We sent a paramedic in a rapid response car and an emergency ambulance to the scene, where crews were also supported by an air ambulance. One person was taken by road to the University Hospital of Wales."
And an air ambulance spokesman said: "I can confirm that the Wales Air Ambulance attended an incident in the Llanishen area yesterday. Our Cardiff-based crew arrived on scene at 11.14am and offered treatment. Our involvement concluded at 1.08pm."
