A man was airlifted to hospital after he was found with a serious stomach injury at a steakhouse.
Emergency services were called to the Miller & Carter Steakhouse at Ellesmere Port's Coliseum Leisure Park on Wednesday afternoon (January 25) after receiving reports of concerns for a man's welfare. Upon arrival at the restaurant, they found a man with an injury to his stomach.
An air ambulance was called, landing in the shopping site's car park. The man was rushed to Aintree Hospital, but there is not believed to have been any third party involvement in his injuries, reports CheshireLive.

In a statement, Cheshire Police said: "At 4.20pm on Wednesday 25 January police were called to reports of concerns for the welfare of a man at a restaurant at the Coliseum Retail Park, Ellesmere Port.
"Police and paramedics attended the scene and a man was found with a serious injury to his stomach.
"The man was taken to Aintree Hospital by Air Ambulance. There is not believed to be any third party involvement in the man's injuries."
