An air ambulance landed in the park of a Nottinghamshire town after being called out to a medical emergency. The helicopter was seen landing at just before 11am on Sunday, April 2.
East Midlands Ambulance Service ( EMAS ) said it received a call at 10.40am about a medical emergency in Chatsworth Drive. An ambulance and two fast response vehicles were also sent to the scene.
One patient was taken to King's Mill Hospital via land ambulance. A spokesperson for EMAS said: “We received a call at 10.40am on 2 April 2023 to Chatsworth Drive, in Hucknall.
"The caller reported a medical emergency. We sent an ambulance and two fast response vehicles. The air ambulance was also in attendance. One patient was taken to King’s Mill Hospital via land ambulance.”
