The body of Shiri Bibas is not among the four returned by Hamas to Israel on Thursday, Israel’s military has said, calling it a “violation of utmost severity” of a ceasefire deal that was already precarious.
“We demand that Hamas return Shiri home along with all our hostages,” the IDF said in a statement. There was no immediate response from Hamas. Thursday’s release marked the first time the group has returned the remains of dead hostages.
