  • Fast-food chains are rolling out budget-friendly deals for 2025, following McDonald’s overhaul of its value menu. Wendy’s, Taco Bell, and Burger King have all announced deals.

McDonald’s turned heads earlier this week, announcing an overhaul to its value menu that could save customers money, but it’s hardly the only fast-food chain that’s offering new deals.

As New Year’s resolutions begin to fall by the wayside, several quick-service restaurants have announced deals meant to attract people who are looking to stretch their budget. Here’s a look at some of the promotions being offered.

Wendy’s

Through March 2, the burger chain will run a “two for $7” promotion, letting you choose between Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Classic Chicken Sandwich, Dave’s Single, and 10-piece Chicken Nuggets. (You can also order two of one of those items.) You’ll need to order through the company’s app to get the deal.

Taco Bell

Starting next week, when you make a run for the border, you’ll be able to pick up a $5, $7, or $9 Luxe Cravings Box. The $5 offering will bring you a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, Taco, Cinnamon Twists and a medium fountain drink. The $7 Supreme Luxe Craving Box is made up of a Chicken Chalupa Supreme, Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, Taco, Chips, and Nacho Cheese Sauce paired with a medium drink. And the $9 Discovery box will offer a Doritos Locos Tacos, a Crunchy Taco, Cinnamon Twists, a medium fountain drink, and "one of Taco Bell’s most recent menu item innovation[s] (rotating regularly)," the company said.

Burger King

Two new Trio deals are on the menu at BK through March 3. For $5, you can get your choice of two of the following menu items: the Whopper Junior, Original Chicken Sandwich, Bacon Cheeseburger, Medium Fries, an eight-piece Chicken Fries, or a medium soft drink. $7 will get you three of them.

McDonald’s

The fast-food leader has overhauled its value menu, keeping the $5 meal deal, but also adding a new “buy one, add one for $1” option. Options for that feature include breakfast items such as the Egg McMuffin and Sausage Biscuit and daytime menu options including chicken nuggets and a double cheeseburger. Local deals and in-app specials are also included, such as a free medium fries with a $1 purchase every Friday in 2025 and a free McCrispy chicken sandwich for new app users.
