Shahid Kapoor is currently riding high on the success of his latest OTT series, ‘Farzi’. The actor will next be seen collaborating with his ‘Jersey’ producer Aman Gill.
According to a report in a news portal, Shahid and Aman will be working on a project together. While Shahid has already given his nod, the makers are gearing up to start pre-production work soon. The report added that the film will be a drama which is based on a real-life story. However, there have been no further details as to whose life story the film is based on.
Directed by ‘The Family Man’ fame Raj & DK, ‘Farzi’ also starred Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role.
Apart from this, Shahid also has Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Bloody Daddy’ in his pipeline. The film which will mark the actor's first collaboration with the director is said to be the official adaptation of the 2011 French film 'Nuit Blanche' (Sleepless Night). Assuring fans that the entire film has been 'repackaged', Ali said in an interview with Pinkvilla, that he is most excited to see Shahid in an out-and-out action genre for the first time in his career.
