After days of turmoil at OpenAI, ousted leader Sam Altman is to return as CEO. The San Francisco-based company issued a statement late on Tuesday saying an agreement had been reached in principle with Altman to take back his role with a new board. Also in this edition, the head of Binance, the world's largest crypto platform, steps down and pleads guilty to violating US anti-money laundering laws.
