A top Equatorial Guinean official is at the center of a massive sex scandal after explicit videos of him with various women, including relatives and even spouses of other government officials, were uncovered.

Baltasar Ebang Engonga, the director general of the country's Anti-graft National Agency for Financial Investigation (ANIF), is allegedly featured in over 400 explicit videos found in his home and office, reported Arise News. The spaces were searched as part of an inquiry.

Engonga, who is married with six children, is allegedly seen in explicit scenes with various women in the footage, including spouses of other high ranking officials as well as individuals, such as the sister of the president, the wife of the police director general, and around 20 ministers' wives.

Engonga is not facing allegations of sexual assault as all of the interactions were recorded with consent. They were filmed across a variety of locations, which include his office, hotels, and bathrooms.

"Given the abuse that has been shown on social media in Equatorial Guinea in recent days, and remembering that ministries are solely and exclusively for carrying out administrative work in support of the country's development, sexual relations in offices are prohibited," wrote Vice President Teodoro Nquema on X (formerly Twitter). "Control mechanisms are already in place, and anyone who violates this rule again will be subject to disciplinary proceedings for indecent conduct and will be dismissed from their job."
