An adorable Edinburgh pooch is looking for a new forever family who will shower him with affection.
The Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home are currently searching for a new home for Bruno, a sweet British Bulldog who is currently being cared for by their shelter.
Thought to be around one year and eight months old, staff are looking for an "experienced owner" who can care for Bruno, as well as help deal with some medical conditions he suffers from.

Described as a 'friendly and affectionate' boy, the pooch is also said to be more ideally suited with a family with children over 12, but is more than happy around other dogs.

An appeal read: "Bruno is looking for an experienced owner who has preferably had a bulldog type in the past. He may suit living with dog savvy older children aged 12 or more. He would like to be the only pet in his new home and would suit a home where he will have company for most of the day.
"Bruno is a very friendly and affectionate boy who is lots of fun to be around. He loves other dogs and is always keen to make new doggy friends when he’s out on a walk. He is very energetic so will need plenty of exercise and playtime.
"He needs an owner who is prepared to carry on with his training and would benefit from going along to training classes. Bruno needs to stay on a special diet to control an ongoing urinary issue, more details will be given to any successful applicants."
