She has spent almost 500 days in kennels waiting for somebody to adopt her - but hasn't received a single application in all that time.
Skye, a Staffordshire bull terrier cross, arrived at the RSPCA 's Preston and District Branch in February 2021 with eight other dogs.
They had been neglected and mistreated in their home - but have since moved in with new owners, all except Skye.
Despite everything she has been through, the six-year-old is a "bright and happy girl who would bring so much joy to someone's life".

An RSPCA statement reads: "She is such a sweet natured and affectionate girl who simply loves to be in people's company.
"Most of the time she can be found snuggled in a big blanket having a good snooze or chewing on her Nylabone.
"There are times she is unsettled and can be very vocal. This is usually when she is aware that you're there or when you're getting her out of her kennel.
"She can be very excitable. She is excited to be in your presence and eager to go and have some fun."
Skye loves to explore the world with her nose and enjoys scent work as an enrichment activity.
"Depending on where she is, she can take some time to settle," the statement adds. "When approached, she will meet you with a very waggy bum and the occasional bark.
"She is happy to be with people and sometimes shows this by jumping up. When it comes to other dogs, she is reactive and barks whilst focusing on them.
"Part of this is her impatience, she wants to meet a dog at her pace, rather than the pace ideal for both dogs for a polite meet situation.
"She does go for walks occasionally with another dog on site. When seeing other new dogs out on walks, she reacts by barking."
However, Skye is currently undergoing muzzle training due to her reactivity. She has fairly good recall and knows commands such as 'sit' and 'paw'.
She would be best suited to a busy household and can live with children of secondary school age. She would like to be the only pet in the home.
The statement adds: "She's just an all-round brilliant companion and her perfect match is out there somewhere. She has waited a long time to meet them but it will be worth it"
