This comes under the new partnership between Adobe and Microsoft that brings generative AI to the workflow, which is now extending to AI agents. This collaboration will bring Adobe’s new marketing agent to popular Microsoft software like Teams, PowerPoint, and Word via Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Adobe Express Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot
Adobe is developing an AI agent called Express Agent. It will allow Microsoft users to create assets directly within Microsoft 365 Copilot, PowerPoint, and Word. The AI Agent will enable teams to generate images without leaving the host application. This means the marketing team will be able to create visuals for their documents, presentations, whitepapers, social media posts, and more without switching between the apps.
Adobe Marketing Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot
Adobe also announced its Marketing Agent’s private preview, allowing businesses to refine audience targeting, discover customer insights, and streamline collaboration using Microsoft 365 applications like Teams, PowerPoint, and Word. This AI Agent will integrate with Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics, enabling marketers to pull insights directly into Microsoft 365 Copilot through a conversational interface. Key capabilities include:
- Audience Targeting: This AI Agent will allow marketers to refine audience segments and personalize campaigns more efficiently using AI-driven insights.
- Data-Driven Decisions: The AI Agent can also generate campaign performance reports directly within Microsoft apps.
- Workflow Automation: The tool can also be connected to Adobe Workfront. This will simplify tasks like project summaries, tracking tasks, and monitoring marketing operations.
Furthermore, Adobe’s Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator will help businesses manage AI-driven workflows across different applications. Adobe is also expanding its GenStudio for Performance Marketing by integrating with LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Advertising, making it easier to create campaign assets for B2B marketing and display ads.
