Adam Sandler stepped out for the first time without aid after being spotted with a cane.
The Happy Gilmore star, 56, was snapped walking with his wife Jackie as he looked a picture of health following a hip operation.
He underwent surgery earlier in September, around Labour Day, sparking concern from fans and followers that the actor had injured himself.
Adam was pictured on Wednesday morning with his wife, who he married in 2003 and shares two daughters Sadie, 16, and Sunny, 14 with, in California.
The Uncut Gems star stepped out in Brentwood as he was snapped for the first time walking freely after recently being seen with a walking stick.
He wore a brave Hawaiian shirt and black Adidas basketball shorts, while Jackie wore a black jacket over a grey sweater with black leggings.
Adam's representatives recently claimed that his surgery was "scheduled" and 'wasn't due to any sudden injury or medical emergency'.
Despite his agent clearing the air, the reason behind Adam's operation is still unclear after the actor opened up about a recent injury that caused 'mobility issues'.
In June he revealed that he suffered an injury on the set of basketball drama Hustle – in which he places wannabe NBA coach Stanley Sugerman.
"We had some of that going, but that's before I popped my groin," he told Entertainment Tonight.
"There was one night my groin couldn't take it anymore then I said, 'I guess I'm gonna have to watch these guys go'," he explained in the interview.
Adam says the injury was "so bad" and that it had "been a year already" and he was "still limping around like a fool... it's horrible".
His outing comes after Jennifer Aniston told fans she was 'back with her buddy' earlier this year as she cosied up with her Murder Mystery co-star Adam on the beach.
They looked every bit the real couple on the set of their new film, Murder Mystery 2.
The acting duo reunited for a follow-up of Netflix film Murder Mystery in which they play a husband and wife, who were framed for the death of a billionaire.
Jen told her 39 million Instagram followers she was "back to work with my buddy" after which Adam shared the post.
The pic went down a storm with fans, who flocked to the comments section in excitement. One wrote: "Best duo ever." While Ben Affleck's ex Jennifer Garner gushed: "Best news ever!"
However actress Juliette Lewis wasn't quite as pleased to see the pair as she teased: "Oh booo that looks like a depressing set! JK, jealous. Sending you both so much love."
