Adam Rickitt looks unrecognisable from days as Nick Tilsley on Coronation Street

Former Coronation Street actor Adam Rickitt looks unrecognisable from his days as Nick Tilsley on the ITV soap.

Adam now 43, has swapped his famous blonde locks for a different hairdo, and added a beard to his face.

He still has the cheekbones and chiselled good looks, but has gone for a leaner look for 2022.

Adam played Nick, Gail Platt’s eldest son, before leaving and being replaced by Ben Price.

Adam left the soap in 1999 to launch his music career with song Breathe Again after signing a six-album deal with Polydor.

When his album Good Times reached number 41, he was dropped by his label.

Adam then went into politics becoming a candidate for the Conservative Party, but quit after he couldn't find a constituency to stand for election in.

He later joined pop group 5th Story on The Big Reunion, with Dane Bowers, Gareth Gates, Kavana and Kenzie.

Adam returned to soaps with a spell on Hollyoaks in 2017 as Kyle Kelly.

He is now married to Katy Fawcett, who works on Good Morning Britain and they both have become gin aficionados owning a Cheshire bar named Dexter and Jones.

They also have three dogs.
