Adam Idah's Celtic group chat presence revealed as captain calls for star's return

Celtic fans are buzzing with anticipation as transfer target Adam Idah remains actively engaged with his former teammates through WhatsApp, suggesting a potential return to the club.

Idah is currently in dispute with his employer Norwich City over a failure to follow team travel protocol, an issue he has apologised for.

Whispers of his comeback have been fueled by Celtic captain Callum McGregor, who shared intriguing insights into Idah's ongoing connection with the squad.

McGregor revealed:  “I think he is (on the group chat). I don’t keep on top of stuff like that. I probably should. He’s obviously sending his love on the back of last season and you saw his response after the Chelsea game.

"The social media games are there for everybody to see. He is certainly making all the right noises that he wants to come back and for us, he was a hugely important player in the second half of the season. If we can get him and it works for everybody we would be delighted to get him back.”
