Adam Collard's plush Newcastle home is up for sale for £260,000, while he remains in the Love Island villa and bookies slash odds on him and Paige Thorne winning the show.
After first causing a real stir on the ITV series four years ago, Adam, 26, made a jaw-dropping return to the programme last week as a bombshell, with bosses keeping his arrival a massive secret from both the Islanders and viewers at home.
Since going back on Love island, Adam has expressed a clear interest in Paige, with the two growing closer and closer in the aftermath of Jacques O'Neill' s departure. After Adam chose Welsh paramedic Paige to couple up with a few days ago, fans saw them share their first kiss during Sunday night's episode, as several bookies made them the new favourites to triumph.
Bookies have now cut their odds of winning Love Island this year, while at the same time, interest in Adam's home has also been keen. The gym owner's house is on the outskirts of the city and is described online by agents Rook Matthews Sayer as "a stunning semi detached family home."
