Act now to secure your place on a creative media course at SAE Liverpool this September

SAE Liverpool prides itself on being the home of creatives, delivering outstanding, industry-focused education and nurturing students’ ambitions to help them achieve their goals.

Whatever you want your future to be, the campus can help you reach your goals in music, film, audio and animation. Not only that but you can get there faster as they have a range of two year accelerated degrees.

There is still time to apply for a place on the courses starting this September. If you are considering your options, or missed out on a place elsewhere, now is the time to act and it is never too late to do a degree.

SAE Liverpool makes a great choice - not only does it have high-spec, state-of-the-art industry-standard facilities such as Mac Labs, green screen and production studio, it also has opportunities for students to film and record Live Lounge sessions featuring local bands.

SAE Liverpool is the official education partner of Liverpool Sound City for 2022 and 2023, which means students will have invaluable industry experience through placement and internship opportunities at the festival and other events and a chance to network with industry professionals.

In addition SAE Liverpool is also an education partner for the Liverpool Sound Awards, which will take place in November. Run by independent local music company Sound Music Group it aims to celebrate the Liverpool music scene and the industry's efforts over the past year.

The accelerated courses on offer are audio production, game art and animation, visual effects and animation, film production, music business, games programming, web development and content creation and online marketing.

Graham Lysaght has recently taken on the roll of campus director after nine years in the recruitment department working with schools and sixth forms. Now he is working even closer with existing and prospective students.

He said: “This is the next step for me, seeing the students through their two years. Holding the hands of students to begin their creative journey, their creative careers. We have many great industry relationships to build on too.

“If you want to come and join us, get in touch and we will talk you through the process.”

The campus itself has been in Pall Mall for around 10 years (with SAE being in Liverpool for 20 years) and very much centred on the students themselves, providing a stimulating and friendly environment to learn in and grow both personally and academically.

Among the alumni are winners of Oscars, Grammys, and BAFTAs, and many have found success in a wide range of creative media careers.
