Commissioner of School Education S. Suresh Kumar on Saturday said the cyber crime police in Vijayawada had traced the details of the person who had posted Class 10 pre-final examination papers in YouTube channels and that action would be taken against him.
In a statement, Mr. Suresh Kumar said the police had identified the person who was suspected to be uploading the question papers on YouTube channels as a native of Kadapa district. Pointing to the fact that a common question paper was framed for the State-wide exams, he said people resorting to ‘leaking’ them before the examinations would invite stringent action. The officials of the Education Department in Kadapa district had filed a case against the person in the Kadapa police station.
He said cases were registered in all districts as the question papers were being printed by the District Common Examination Board and directed the officials to stay alert and prevent any possible leak of the question papers.
