AC Milan want to complete the signing of Leeds United target Charles de Ketelaere 'as soon as possible', according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Leeds are interested in Club Brugge striker de Ketelaere, but the player's preferred destination is Milan, with the Serie A champions able to offer Champions League football. The 21-year-old is expected to leave Brugge this summer, after scoring 14 goals in 33 Jupiler Pro League appearances last season. He was left out of the Belgian club's friendly against FC Kobenhavn last weekend.
Romano said on Twitter: "AC Milan are not interested in Luis Suarez as a free agent - no talks or conversations. Milan priority is to complete the signing of Charles de Ketelaere as soon as possible. Negotiations ongoing between Milan and Brugge."
Jesse Marsch has already added six new players to his squad this summer, but Leeds are still looking to recruit a striker. Blackburn Rovers and Chile striker Ben Brereton Diaz and 20-year-old Paris Saint Germain forward Arnaud Kalimuendo have been amongst the names linked with a move to Elland Road.
Leeds currently have Patrick Bamford, Rodrigo Moreno, Joe Gelhardt and Sam Greenwood as options at the top end of the pitch.
